CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Sometimes it rains or something unforeseen happens…
Should the OPERATOR cancel the booked activity, TOURS & TICKETS will give you a full refund.
All other refunds are subject to a minimum 20% admin fee.
Please be at your activity at least 15 minutes before the booked time. Late arrivals are subject to 100% cancellation fee, no refunds.
