CHAMPAGNE CRUISE – CAPE TOWN

A late afternoon, 1-hour cruise that allows guests to be back at the V&A Waterfront in time for evening adventures. With the bubbles of sparkling wine and superb views of the coastline from the Atlantic, it’s the perfect precursor to evening fun or the perfect ending to a busy day.

The Champagne Cruise is our second last Cruise of the day and returns to Harbour prior to the Sunset Champagne Cruise.

The pre-sunset Champagne Cruises are extremely popular for those wanting to do a cruise before going out for dinner. They are ideal for families who find the regular Sunset Champagne Cruise too late.

Toast Table Mountain and the sunset from the deck of a choice of vessels with a complimentary glass of local sparkling wine for adult guests (includes 1 glass per adult guest). A cash bar is available for other drink requirements, including soft drinks. Kids are welcome and have special pricing options.

Cape Town weather can change five times a day, so our sailing route from the harbour is not always predictable. But no matter which direction we take, be assured of a spectacular cruise that gets you back to the V&A Waterfront in time for evening festivities.

Weather: In the unlikely event that the primary boat for this cruise is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to utilize an alternative vessel for this experience. Be assured that the operator will always make every possible effort to ensure that the advertised vessel is available. Some Cruises do not have a dedicated boat for the cruise and rely on a pool of available vessels to cover fluctuations in weather, seasonal passenger numbers, and planned maintenance.

Do take medication beforehand if you have previously experienced motion sickness.

Due to the fact that the Sunset Champagne Cruise departure times vary according to the season, these pre-sunset Champagne Cruises also have a variable departure time. Please check the schedule to ensure you are aboard before departure time.

Please make sure that you arrive at the activity location at least 30min before the scheduled cruise departure to collect your boarding pass(es).
Please DO NOT go directly to the boat as the skipper will not allow you onboard without the boarding pass that must be collected at the front office.
