KRUGER PARK SAFARIS – MALELANE / MARLOTH PARK

The professional and qualified guides will wow you with their knowledge and understanding of the bush and animals. You will go home with gems of knowledge of the bush that you did not know before! 
The guide will stop at the Kruger Park rest camps for a break/meal for clients’ own accounts, during the game drive. Kruger Park’s rest camps have a great variety of restaurants and meals to choose from. You may bring along your breakfast packs from your lodge or pack a picnic.

Private vehicles are available and compulsory for families with children under 6 years old.

MORNING SAFARIS – approx 6-7 hours

The early morning gives you a good start for your game viewing as the bush comes alive and animals become active. They start grazing and move to the water holes before the heat of the day drives them to shelter in the shade of the bush and trees. This safari is approx 6 hours, including transfer and gate time as well as an approx 1-hour breakfast stop at one of the camps.
Collection times for morning safaris are between 5:00 – 6:00 am (season dependent) and you will return at about 11:30/12:30 am after the safari.

 

AFTERNOON SAFARIS – approx 5-6 hours

This is the time when the nocturnal animals begin to stir. After about 2 hours of game viewing, you will stop at one of the camps for a quick break. After the break, you will continue with the game drive and return to Malelane. Afternoon safaris are approx 5 hours including transfer and gate time, and a short refreshment stop.
Collection times for afternoon safaris are between 1:30 – 2:00 pm (season dependent) and you will return at about 5:30/6:00 pm after the safari.

FULL DAY SAFARIS – approx 10 hours

Experience a full-day safari from Malelane into Kruger National Park, renowned for its diverse wildlife, including the Big 5. Our comfortable Open 4×4 Safari Vehicles offer optimal viewing, led by expert guides who share fascinating insights. Highlights include wildlife spotting, stopping at Kruger Park’s rest camps, and led by an experienced guides.
Collection times for full-day safaris are between 05:00-06:00 am (season dependent) and you will return at about 3:00/4:00 pm after the safari.

• Private Open Safari Vehicle options for families, groups, or if you want a private experience.
• Collection & Drop Off for the morning or afternoon safari is from Malelane (surcharge for Komatipoort, Mjejane, Marloth Park and Crocodile Gate areas)

Important Information:

• Min 2 & Max 10 people PER VEHICLE.
• This activity goes out in all weather.
• Rates include the Kruger Park Entry Fee. 
• Please note that children under 12 years must be accompanied by 2 adults for the children rate to apply.

Inclusions: Bottled water, and the expertise of a knowledgeable and local guide.
Exclusions: Kruger Park Entry Fees, Meals/Drinks, Items of a Personal Nature.

Collection/Drop off:

Our pickup points for this Kruger Park safari are subject to change but usually include Pestana Kruger Lodge, Selati 103 Cottages, Tamboti House, Hamiltons Lodge, Leopard Creek Golf Course, Kruger Gateway 502, Paradise Creek Lodge, Buhala Lodge, Rio Vista Lodge, Kruger View Chalets, and most lodges in the Malelane area. For collection outside of our pickup range such as Mjejane, Martloth Park, or Komatipoort an additional charge may apply. An arrangement can be made to collect clients from Malelane or Crocodile Gates on request.
