Explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Greater Addo region: from the lush Valley Bushveld and Sundays River banks to the rolling citrus orchards that define this scenic part of the Eastern Cape, near Port Elizabeth / Gqeberha. This adventure is perfect for both beginners and adrenaline-seekers. The qualified, experienced guides will brief you on how to operate your automatic petrol or eco-electric quad bike, supply full safety gear, and start with a few practice laps to assess comfort levels. Once everyone’s ready, the adventure begins with weaving through scenic dirt tracks, sandy turns, and riverine thickets.

No previous experience needed, just bring your sense of adventure and let the Addo wilderness do the rest!

Duration: ± 1 hour (including briefing & practice laps). Tour times at 09h30, 11h30 & 14h30.
Inclusions: Bottled water, and all safety equipment.
Exclusions: Transfers, Gratuity, and Items of a Personal Nature.

Important Information

Minimum Age: 16 years to drive
Children (5–15 years): Ride tandem with a parent or guide (child seat harness provided)
Weight Limit: 125 kg (eco bikes)
Minimum Guests: 2 people per tour
Transfers: No transfers included, you will need to self-drive to the operator’s meeting point in Addo, near Port Elizabeth /Gqeberha
Strict NO alcohol policy: Any guest showing signs of alcohol consumption before or during the tour will be denied participation, with a 100% cancellation fee for safety reasons
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for your safety briefing.
Gratuity Policy: Tipping is not compulsory, but if your guide or ranger made your day special, gratuities are warmly appreciated. Please note: cash tips only, as credit card facilities cannot process gratuities.

Do I need quad biking experience?

No as the tour includes a full briefing and practice laps before heading out.

Is this safe for children?

Yes. Children under 16 ride tandem with a parent or guide, secured with safety straps.

What should I wear?

Closed shoes, comfortable clothing, and sunscreen. Rain suits are provided if needed.

Can I bring my camera?

Yes, but please use a secure strap — you’ll want to capture the views!
