- Weather dependent: Cruises only operate in safe conditions. Trips may be rescheduled or alternative vessels used if needed.
- Arrive early: Please check in 30 minutes before departure at the operator’s office to collect your boarding pass. You will not be allowed directly onto the boat without it.
- Children policy: For safety, only children 13 years and older are allowed. They must be over 1.2m tall and able to straddle the seats.
- Motion sickness: If prone, take medication beforehand.
- Minimum 2 passengers, maximum 12 per trip.
