Sailing on the Knysna Lagoon and Ocean is the ideal way to view the spectacular scenery and marine life of the world-renowned Garden Route coastline.

This cruise takes you over the Knysna lagoon, through the impressive Knysna Heads and out into the true freedom of the open ocean. After a magnificent sail, return to the calmer waters of the Knysna Estuary and enjoy a delicious feast of Mediterranean-style cuisine.

This is an ocean-going trip and is weather and sea conditions dependent. Only the skipper of the vessel can make a judgement call on these conditions which are determined on the day of the charter. Conditions are influenced by tide, wind direction & speed, and sea swell, therefore going out through the Knysna Heads to the ocean is never guaranteed.

Minimum of 4 pax per trip.

Duration: 2.5hours
Inclusions: Cruise includes a Mediterranean-style cheese platter with savoury snacks & seasonal fruits lunch, and life jacket.
Exclusions: Drinks are for your own account – full cash bar & credit card facilities are available. Items of personal nature

Guests are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure and cannot under any circumstances be late for any charter.
Sea sickness
If this is your first time out on the ocean, you may want to consider motion sickness medications. These can usually be found at most pharmacies.
Please note that while this is considered an adult activity, children are welcome on board under the supervision of their parents at all times.
Since we are limited to a carrying capacity of only 12 passengers, children are charged full fare.
Minimum of 4 guests required to run this trip.
If the minimum number of guest have not been reached by the time of the service, the trip will either be cancelled or guests are welcome to pay the minimum fee equivalent to 4 adult tickets to proceed with trip.
