All flights are weather dependent and time is to be confirmed with you prior to payment. Should the conditions not be ideal for flying we will try to reschedule to the next best available flight window. Please be aware that seating allocation on all our sharing flights is done according to weight and balance which is done during your safety briefing and ticketing. Should you want to choose your own seats you can book an Exclusive Flight at the cost of one additional seat and you are guaranteed the ‘best seats in the house
Please check in 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled Take Off time. This will allow enough time for us to take weights, conduct a safety briefing and issue tickets. After this has been conducted you can relax on the viewing deck and take some great pre-flight pictures and enjoy the atmosphere.
Helicopters are weight limited therefore the following guidelines applies:
a. Maximum weight per seat in the Robinson R44 is 120kg and/or an average of 90kg across the three seats, or pilot’s discretion.
b. Maximum weight per seat in the Bell 206 Long Ranger is 140kg and/or an average of 75kg across the six seats, or pilot’s discretion.
c. There is no maximum weight per seat in the Airbus H120 & H130, however an average of 90kg across the seats apply, or pilot’s discretion.
d. Maximum weight for the Harley Davidson is 130kg per person.
e. Helicopters are also space limited and we might restrict baggage on board. Pilot’s discretion is final.
f. A surcharge may be levied if a client needs to upgrade to a bigger helicopter due to weight limitations.
