Flight Confirmation & Weather Conditions
Flights may be cancelled if the operator expects unsafe wind, heavy rain, poor visibility, or unsuitable flying conditions. We do our best to confirm or cancel flights with due notice. However, weather can change unexpectedly, and in some cases we may need to contact you directly to prevent unnecessary travel to the launch site.

Cancellation Terms

If the flight is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather, you may reschedule to another day, subject to availability and pilot/operator approval.
You may receive a voucher to the value paid, valid for 6 months, which can be used for a future flight date.
You may request a refund, processed less a minimum admin fee. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
If the flight is not cancelled by the operator but you choose to cancel, change your mind, or do not show up, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

How many people can fly at once?
