Important Information
- Arrival: Guests must arrive 45 minutes before the trail starts. Late arrivals will shorten your riding time (end time remains fixed).
- Cash Deposit: For bookings of 4 or more people, a R250 cash deposit per person is required on arrival. This is refundable if bikes are returned accident-free. In case of damage, clients are financially liable for up to R2500 per bike, depending on repair costs.
- Age Policy: Horse Riding – Minimum 6 years (children must be supervised). Quad Biking – Riders must be 14 years+ with experience to ride solo. Younger children may join as passengers with a parent.
- Sweetheart Surprise: horse trail is a guided group ride with a private bush picnic including a standard selection of savoury and sweet treats (alternative dietary options can be arranged at an additional cost for the picnic, please let us know when booking).
- Weight Limit: Maximum 100kg for horse riding
- Food & Drinks: No outside food or drinks permitted. A deli is available onsite (card payments only).
- Refunds & Rescheduling:
- No refunds under any circumstances.
- In case of heavy rain or storms, bookings may be rescheduled within a 2-month window.
- Latecomers or last-minute cancellations will forfeit their booking and payment.
