Step into the fascinating world of reptiles at Perry’s Bridge Reptile Park in the heart of Hazyview. Home to over 50 species of reptiles, this family-friendly attraction offers a safe and educational way to learn about some of Africa’s most misunderstood creatures.
From venomous and non-venomous snakes to crocodiles, tortoises, lizards, and more, the park’s carefully designed enclosures replicate natural habitats, giving visitors an up-close look while ensuring animal welfare. The lush, landscaped grounds are also home to a variety of birdlife, making it a peaceful and informative day out.
Throughout the day, you can attend educational shows that may include venomous snake demonstrations, bearded dragon feedings, and tortoise feedings. On Sundays during the warmer months, you can also watch crocodile feeding at 14:00 (weather dependent — crocodiles may choose not to eat).
For an unforgettable souvenir, you can choose to have your photo taken with a python, lizard, or tortoise for just R50.00 (payable directly at the park).
