Important Information
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your program time for check-in. Late arrivals will forfeit their booking.
- Elephant Interaction & Brushdown / Interaction / Monkey Combo → Children of all ages welcome (under adult supervision).
- Elephant + Monkey + Mini Safari → Minimum age 4 years (under adult supervision).
- Clothing: Wear comfortable outdoor clothes and closed shoes. A hat, sunscreen, and water bottle are recommended.
- Weather: Programs run in most weather conditions, but the operator may reschedule in the event of storms.
- Bookings: Advance bookings are essential. No walk-ins allowed.
- Transport: This is a self-drive activity to the sanctuary. Directions will be provided after booking.
- Payments & Cancellations: No refunds are offered by the operator.
