KRUGER PARK SAFARIS – SKUKUZA GOLF & SAFARI

Play a round of golf at Skukuza Golf Club – the wildest golf course in South Africa – during your full day game drive!

We will collect you early in the morning in Hazyview in an Open 4×4 Safari Vehicle for this full-day safari and golf experience. The professional and qualified guides will wow you with their knowledge and understanding of the bush and animals. You will go home with gems of knowledge of the bush that you did not know before!

After a short morning game drive, you will check in for your round of golf at Skukuza Golf Club. Skukuza Golf Club is a magnificent 9-hole golf course in the Kruger National Park. With no fences surrounding the course, it is free for the Big Five to roam on the greens! Spot a huge variety of birds and countless animals during your game.

After your round of golf, enjoy a lunch at the Skukuza Golf Club Restaurant (for your own account). We will then continue with the safari before returning back to Hazyview.

Highlights include:

• Game drive in Kruger Park

Important Information:

• Min 2 & Max 6 people PER VEHICLE. This is to ensure there is enough space for your golf clubs in the vehicle.
• Bring your own golf clubs, or request to rent a club set at an additional cost.
• Golf carts are not included and can be booked at extra cost.

• Green Fees are non-refundable.
• This activity goes out in all weather, should the golf course close for safety reasons then the safari will still go out.

Duration: Full Day (approx. 10hours including golf playing time)
Inclusions: Green Fees (9-holes), bottled water, and the expertise of a knowledgeable and local guide on safari.
Exclusions: Kruger Park Entry Fees, Meals/Drinks, Golf Carts, Equipment (bring your own clubs or request a rental at additional cost), Competition fee if applicable.

Please note that junior golfers may only join if accompanied by 2 adults.

Please note that this activity is at your own risk. The golf course is situated in Kruger Park without fences where wild animals do roam and cannot be controlled. You will be asked to sign an indemnity form on arrival.

Collection/Drop off:

Our pickup points for this Kruger Park safari include our office at Perry’s Bridge Trading Post & Tourism Centre, Sabi River Sun Resort, Kruger Park Lodge, Hazyview Sun, Hippo Hollow, Numbi Hotel, and most lodges in the Hazyview central area. For collection outside of our pickup range, an additional charge may apply.
An arrangement can be made to collect clients from Skukuza, Phabeni, and Kruger gates on request.
Collection times are between 5:00 – 5:30 am (season dependent) and you will return at about 3:00 pm after the safari.
