The 10-minute option is a short introduction to scenic flying; the 20-minute flight offers more time over local Big Five reserves; and the 30-minute route extends the game-viewing loop across bushveld, river lines and possible wildlife sightings. Available in a Bantam or Jabiru, subject to aircraft suitability and availability.
30-Minute Blyde Canyon Flight (Jabiru)
Take in aerial views of the Blyde River Dam and Three Rondavels on a scenic route towards the canyon. This option is operated in a Jabiru aircraft, with a maximum passenger weight of 130kg.
60-Minute Game-Viewing Flight
Spend more time flying over multiple game reserves around Hoedspruit, with opportunities to see wildlife, river systems and the Lowveld landscape from above. Wildlife sightings depend on animal movements and cannot be guaranteed.
60-Minute Blyde Canyon & Game-Viewing Flight
Combine spectacular Blyde River Canyon scenery with approximately 10–15 minutes of game viewing above nearby Big Five reserves. This route brings together escarpment landscapes and wildlife-viewing opportunities in one flight.
Approx. 2.5-Hour Blyde Canyon & Graskop Flight (Jabiru)
Depart Hoedspruit on an extended scenic route towards Blyde River Canyon and Graskop, before returning to Hoedspruit. This early-morning Jabiru flight includes a stop in Graskop for a snack overlooking the escarpment. Flight route and stop arrangements remain subject to weather and operations.
Duration: Approximately 10 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the flight option selected.
Inclusions: Scenic microlight flight according to the option booked. The approx. 2.5-hour Graskop option includes a snack stop as described.
