- Safari Vehicle: Min 2 & max 10 guests per vehicle
- Children: Under 12 must be accompanied by two adults
- Transport: Self-drive required; free safari pickup in central Hazyview
- Kruger Entry Fee: Payable at the gate (card only)
- Weather: Activities operate in most weather conditions; may be rescheduled in severe weather
- Please bring: ID/passport, camera, sunscreen, closed shoes
Safari Collection Points
Tours & Tickets SA office (Perry’s Bridge Trading Post & Tourism Centre), Sabi River Sun Resort, Kruger Park Lodge, Hazyview Sun, Hippo Hollow, Numbi Hotel, and most central Hazyview lodges. Pick-up from Skukuza, Phabeni, or Kruger gates can be arranged (additional charges may apply).
What are the chances of seeing the Big Five?
Sightings of the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo) can never be guaranteed, as wild animals roam freely and follow their own natural behaviour. However, our highly skilled guides use their knowledge of the area and daily wildlife movements to give you the best possible chance of spotting them. Every safari is unique, and part of the adventure is never knowing what you might see!
Are the quad bikes manual or automatic?
The quad bikes are fully automatic, so you don’t need to worry about changing gears. Whether you prefer a relaxed ride or want to pick up the pace, you’ll be in full control. Quad biking is beginner-friendly, and the guides will give you all the tips you need to enjoy the ride with confidence.
Will there be enough time to do both activities in the combo?
Yes! The timing of the combo is flexible to suit your preference. You can choose between a morning safari followed by your quad bike trail or a quad bike trail first, then an afternoon safari. The schedule is designed so you have enough time for both without feeling rushed. Please note that activity order is subject to availability on the day of your booking.
